We offer a wide range of seedling growing containers, referred to as First Choice Blocks, which are primarily used for the reforestation industry. First Choice Blocks are made with high density polystyrene bead with no special coatings which inhibit recyclability, or possible environmental or health concerns. The high density ensures a smooth surface within the core which helps towards an easier extraction. Each core in the First Choice Block is designed with a series of vertical ribs. This design helps to eliminate root spiraling.

First Choice also produces a growing container referred to as a PodPak. This tray is ideal for flower
growers who ship locally or export. The tray is designed that after being filled, will snugly fit
into your packing box without breakage or shifting.
This design also makes it easy to extract the plant from each cell without disturbing the plant by either breaking open or spreading the cells.

First Choice Manufacturing Ltd. produces Korodrain™. The design provides for easy drainage for landscapers. A system of grooves and holes allows for easy runoff and improved air circulation. Its lightweight construction makes it ideal for rooftop planters and patios. It is an excellent base for under paving, stone and planters to allow good drainage of water.

Korodrain™ is ideal for all types of landscaping and low maintenance rock gardens.
Korodrain™ is very simple to apply. Just place panel on the ground,
apply drainage mesh of filter cloth on top of Korodrain™ and then place
decorative rock or paver on top of mesh.
Korodrain™ is the perfect application to ensure proper drainage of water. The Korodrain™ also acts as an insulator protecting your paving stones from lifting where ground is susceptible to frost.
Korodrain™ is designed to replace the 3” (7.62cm) thickness of drain rock and drain tiles, which would normally be used in planters. Lightweight, Korodrain™ provides ease of application, especially on the higher floor and roof levels of high rise buildings. Concentrated landscaping loads are greatly reduced due to Korodrain's™ lightweight construction.
