OUR COMPANY PROFILE

As a manufacturer of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) for over 40 years, we've helped pioneer new and innovative ideas for our products.  In construction, Korolite is used for foundations, walls and tapered roofs for both commercial and residential buildings as well as elaborate custom contoured shapes for architectural exteriors and movies sets.  We provide Korolite for use in floatation for marinas, fish farms, and floating homes.  Korolite expanded polystyrene is also used extensively as a Geofoam voiding under road beds on highways that span over marshy ground.

In 1984 First Choice Manufacturing Ltd was added to the Mansonville Group.  This company specializes in growing containers used in the reforestation industry, specialized cushioning packaging, and styro boxes / containers for the seafood processing industry.

By 2001, the Mansonville Group added another company, Korolite Engineered Panel Structures Ltd., to service the increasing demand for sandwich panels for cold storage and other commercial/industrial buildings.

We've provided for the worlds first floating golf green (the 14th tee) for a course in Couer d'Alene, Idaho

There is no end to the creative uses we can put our product to, and no end to the solutions we can provide you with.

PROTECTING OUR ENVIRONMENT

EPS can be recycled and used in many different applications.  For example, we can recycle packaging material into landscaping products.

Mansonville Plastics encourage any person or business to drop off their excess packaging at the plant for recycling.  Due to the enormous cost of recycling, we would ask those returning product that it be clean of any glue, paper, or pieces of wood, staples, or concrete, etc as these can cause extreme damage to the machinery.
